This program is oriented to graduate and undergraduate Nutrition and Health sciences students. It comprises a 2-week scientific and cultural immersionexperience that will provide a whole adventure in the heart of Mayan Civilization.

To carry up an observational study related to essential public health, nursing and occupational therapy services in the clinical medical units.
Assess and diagnose the nutritional status of children and adolescents in a Maya community through the collection and analysis of data, as well as the assessment of dietary patterns.
